- Counselling and guidance — one-to-one advisory sessions tailored to individual goals.
Our initial consultation is provided free of charge. Fees for further services will be communicated clearly before any commitment is made.
3. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:

- Not misrepresent your qualifications, documents or personal circumstances.
- Comply with the requirements and deadlines of institutions and relevant authorities.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.

4. Fees and Payment
The initial consultation is free of charge. Fees for additional services will be agreed in writing before work commences. All fees are stated in GBP unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be set out in a separate service agreement. HMS Education Ltd may receive commissions from partner institutions; this does not affect the impartiality of the advice we provide.
5. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
HMS Education Ltd provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee admission to any university or institution, nor the outcome of any visa application. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions and government authorities. We are not responsible for any refusal, deferral or other outcome beyond our control.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an agreed service at any time by notifying us in writing. Fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable. For services not yet commenced, a refund of any prepaid fees may be issued at our discretion, less any reasonable administrative costs incurred. Where a service agreement specifies different cancellation terms, those terms shall apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HMS Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
