Frequently Asked Questions
- What services do you provide?
We offer consultancy across the full study-abroad journey: university and school selection, application strategy and document support, interview preparation, language and test preparation planning, visa guidance and scholarship information.
Our main education types
- Do you guarantee admission to a specific school or university?
- Admission decisions are made entirely by the institutions, so we cannot guarantee acceptance. We help you strengthen your application and manage the process; the vast majority of students who receive quality consultancy achieve their goals.
- When should I start the application process?
- We recommend starting at least 3–6 months before your intended start date. For undergraduate or long-term planning, starting consultancy from year 9 or 10 helps clarify your strategy.
- What are your consultancy fees?
- For many programmes our consultancy is free; we work with partner institutions. You pay tuition directly to the school or university. Any additional services (e.g. document translation, express processing) are explained separately.
- Do you help with visa applications?
Yes. We guide you on document preparation, form filling and interview readiness, and can follow up with the consulate where relevant. We recommend applying 3–6 months before your course starts. Below are typical documents, depending on your situation.
If you have a residence permit
- Valid passport and residence permit
- Acceptance letter (CAS / unconditional offer)
- Proof of funds (varies by country)
- Sponsor or scholarship letter if applicable
If you do not have a residence permit
- Valid passport (at least 6 months validity, blank pages)
- Acceptance letter (CAS / unconditional offer)
- Proof of funds for tuition and living costs
- Academic documents (transcripts, degree)
- Tuberculosis (TB) test if required for your country
- Parental consent and birth certificate if under 18
- Which countries do you work with?
We offer consultancy for language courses, undergraduate, postgraduate and certificate programmes in many destinations (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Australia, European countries). Check our website or contact us for the current list.

Explore options- What documents do I need for my application?
- Typically: transcripts and certificates, language test scores (e.g. IELTS/TOEFL), GRE/GMAT if required, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, CV, passport copy and proof of funds. The exact list depends on the programme and country; your consultant will provide a tailored list.
- My school has a counsellor – do I still need a consultant?
- School counsellors provide valuable support, but with high student numbers it can be difficult to get sustained one-to-one attention. Our consultancy gives you focused, personalised guidance on your goals, programme choice and application process.
